Role Overview
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while strengthening brand standards across wellness services.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate the organisation’s wellness programmes and brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and promotes wellness initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and wellness experiences across all touchpoints.
- Organise events, workshops, and campaigns aimed at promoting health and well-being within the community.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics and public feedback to refine communication strategies effectively.
- Support the creation of promotional materials that highlight the organisation’s commitment to wellness excellence.
- Assist in managing brand reputation by addressing public inquiries and maintaining a proactive communication approach.
Experience
- Proven experience in public relations or communications roles, preferably within the health or wellness sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Experience in event planning or community engagement is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for health, wellness, and promoting positive lifestyle choices is highly valued.

Pay: £60,000.00 per year
