Multi Skilled Tradesman – Property Reinstatement & Refurbishment
JNS Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our growing construction team. We specialise in the refurbishment and reinstatement of fire and flood damaged properties, delivering high-quality restoration works for residential and commercial clients across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and has a strong eye for detail. The role will involve travelling to a variety of projects and carrying out refurbishment works to a high professional standard.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a range of multi-trade works on reinstatement and refurbishment projects. You will be expected to manage your workload efficiently, maintain excellent standards on site, and communicate professionally with others contractors/colleagues.
Daily duties may include:
- Joinery and carpentry works
- General building and repair works
- Property snagging and finishing works
- Window fitting
- Basic refurbishment and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Multi Skilled Tradesman within the construction or refurbishment sector
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Possesses good communication and problem-solving skills
- Holds a full clean UK driving licence
- Owns a full set of relevant tools
- Is reliable, punctual, and professional in their approach
Experience within insurance reinstatement, fire damage, or flood restoration projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
