The Sheffield Inclusion Centre is expanding and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our growing provision across the city. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will lead on human resources policies and procedures, staff management, and a range of HR matters. We welcome applications from all industry sectors; school experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This full-time position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting organisational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is:
- Positive and has a 'can do' attitude
- Confident using word, excel, email, SIMS
- Competent in all aspects of administration
- A great communicator both written and verbally
- Flexible - no two days are the same, so the ability to adapt quickly is essential
- Organised and methodical
- Accurate and diligent
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints
- A team player but also able to work on their own initiative
- Knowledgeable in HR administration policies and procedure
- Experienced in managing staff members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to contribute significantly to our organisation’s success through strategic leadership and innovative human resources practices.
