About the role
We are building a new kind of hospitality space in Hackney. A curated kitchen and bar programme where guest chefs, bartenders and collaborators take over the space for short residencies, events and experiences. The concept constantly evolves through pop ups, dinners, tastings and private events.
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is not a traditional Chef de Partie role. Alongside our in-house menu, you'll work with a rotating programme of guest chefs, giving you the opportunity to learn different techniques, styles and cuisines while helping deliver consistently high standards.
Working closely with our Sous Chef and Group Head Chef, you'll play an important role in delivering great food in a creative and fast-moving environment.

The venue is an intimate kitchen and bar on Mare Street, centred around a large open kitchen and counter seating. While the menus change regularly, our standards, guest experience and attention to detail remain consistent.
