We’re looking for a third person to join our team and support us as we grow. We’re a small family run wine importer and wholesaler based in Bristol, selling to independent restaurants, pubs, wine bars and wine shops, founded in 2020. This role would be ideal for someone looking to start a career in the wine trade as you will be involved in many different areas of the business, have lots of opportunities to taste and learn about wine, and discover your skill set. The role will continue to grow and evolve according to the person in it
- Starting in September 2026
- Approximately 3 days or 25 hours per week, there is some flexibility around how this will be spread throughout the week during working hours
- Salary to be in the area of £20k per annum for the 3 days (equiv £32,500 full time) but this will be dependent on the candidate and their experience

Job Description
- Warehousing, delivery preparation and deliveries (will involve a fair bit of shifting boxes!) including a monthly stocktake
- Office maintenance (help to keep it stocked, organised, clean)
- Social media monitoring as well as possibly management depending on the candidate
- Sales support duties to include customer visits and tastings, invoicing and other administration
- Covering sales activities/deliveries when the owners are away from the business
- Other administrative duties as the business requires
Requirements
- Full driving license (manual)
- Computer literacy including proficiency in spreadsheets etc
- Good communication skills including written
- Organised and self motivated
- Interest in wine! Though no prior knowledge is necessary
Desirable Skills/Traits
- Have own vehicle
- Social media/marketing/design skills
- Sales experience (especially account management)
- Wine knowledge or experience
- Anything else that brings something new to the business! Great contacts in hospitality etc etc
