We sell 60–90 cars per month, and we’re building toward becoming one of the UK’s most respected and most-loved independent dealerships.
We’re not looking for traditional “car sales people.”
Due to expansion, we’re looking for sharp, likeable, switched-on people who can build trust, guide customers properly through our sales funnel, and thrive in a modern performance environment.

In this role, you’ll be:
- Selling quality, desirable used cars inc BMW, Audi, Mercedes & more.
- Guiding customers through finance options.
- Maximising opportunities on warranty and add-on products.
- Delivering a 5* customer experience.
- Representing the Solo brand professionally online and in our redeveloped showroom.
This is a role for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in performance, and wants to win properly.
This role suits someone who:
- Has retail, hospitality, customer service, phone sales or customer-facing experience.
- Is confident, articulate, and presentable.
- Wants to be part of a winning team... not a toxic sales floor
- Takes responsibility for results.
You do NOT need 10 years in the motor trade.
You DO need the right attitude, energy, and work ethic.
