Responsibilities

- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to encourage their development.
- Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all children.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and promoting a culture of learning among staff.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for children while adhering to relevant policies and regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is ideal
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in early years education is expected.
