Job Summary:
Allscreens Nationwide is looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, has a positive attitude, and is energetic. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with setting up new glass claims, general enquiries and complaints along with administration duties.
Essential Duties:
- Taking inbound calls within a fast-paced environment in a professional manner whilst maintaining a rapid response to agreed standards.
- Data inputting customer information onto systems - maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Manage “In life” customer queries including customer service calls.
- Obtain authorisation as appropriate including policy checking and procurement of purchase order numbers.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing.
- Invoice production.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required or necessary.
Required Skills:
- Must have previous call centre experience.
- Experience within the glass replacement industry is desirable.
- Customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm in times of crisis.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be confident, proficient with PC/MS Office and possess excellent telephone manner and email skills.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
For all successful candidates, due to the nature of this role your employment will be subject to a basic DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check.
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours between 08:00 – 18:00 with rotational Saturdays
Location: Thurmaston Lane, LE4 9AX.
This position is fully office based.
