Chef de Partie / Line Chef – Full Time & Part Time | Immediate Start
Location: Dalston, East London (E8)
Pay: £15.00–£17.00 per hour (depending on experience, including holiday pay)
Hours: Part-time (25–30 hours) or Full-time (up to 43 hours)
About the Job
The Speakeasy is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Line Chef to join our team.
We are an independent cocktail bar and kitchen in Dalston.
We serve a simple, high-quality bar food menu.
No split shifts. Afternoon and evening shifts only.
Your Duties
- Prepare and cook food
- Complete daily prep
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Work alone during quieter weekday shifts
- Work with another kitchen team member at busy weekends
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety rules
What We Need
- At least 1 year of London kitchen experience
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Chef
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and hard-working
- Right to work in the UK
