We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Installer to join our team. The Vinyl Installer is responsible for the professional installation of vinyl graphics, wraps, decals, and signage on various surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, floors, and panels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities
- Install vinyl graphics, wraps, lettering, and decals on vehicles, windows, walls, floors, and other substrates
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion
- Read and interpret work orders, layouts, and installation diagrams
- Operate tools and equipment such as heat guns, squeegees, knives, and lifts safely and effectively
- Perform vehicle wraps, partial wraps, and spot graphic installations
- Trim and finish graphics cleanly and accurately
- Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installation
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-site adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients on-site
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of professional vinyl installation experience (preferred)
- Experience with vehicle wraps and large-format graphics (preferred)
- Ability to use installation tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read measuring tools and follow technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
