We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to a busy Financial Services Advisor at our Gordon Blair - Hastings office. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role (financial services experience is a plus)
