Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food items to guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
