The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and contacting restaurants, hotels, bars, private members' clubs, and other hospitality businesses throughout London.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and opening doors for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research restaurants, hotels, catering companies and hospitality businesses across London.
- Identify key decision-makers including:
- General Managers
- Operations Managers
- HR Managers
- Head Chefs
- Restaurant Managers
- Hotel Managers
- Procurement Managers
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce ProConnecy's staffing services.
- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Director.
- Qualify potential clients and identify staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Daily Responsibilities
- 80–120 outbound cold calls
- Research 30–50 new hospitality businesses
- Find decision-makers and contact information
- Send 20–40 personalised emails
- Follow up with previous prospects
- Update CRM with all activity
- Book meetings for the sales team
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Previous B2B sales or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential

Compensation
This position is paid on an hourly basis Flexible according to your profile , with an attractive commission structure available in addition to your hourly pay, Fully Remote.
Alongside your hourly rate, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission for every new client you help ProConnecy secure. The more successful deals you generate and the more business your clients bring to the company, the greater your earning potential.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
