Roseland Furniture is a Truro based, national e-commerce retailer specialising in Home & Garden. As part of our operations we run a Truro based Outlet & Clearance store to sell end of line/discontinued stock & customer returns; we also process all customer returns at this location.
Job Description:
We're looking for two people to join our existing team, who take responsibility for processing all returns stock, inspect for damage and repackage/palletise for onward movement. You'll also help keep our clearance store stocked and helping restock our Truro store as required.
You'll need to accurately record stock movements & actions taken using systems provided, attention to detail & accuracy are key in this role.
We're also keen to find individuals who either have/wish to learn some basic repair skills; to help support our repairs department.
Please note this is a physically demanding, warehouse based role. It involves moving/handling bulky/heavy furniture using appropriate equipment. You will need to be capable of lifting/moving furniture daily.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing Inbound Returns
- Processing / building Outbound Transfers (internal & external)
- Assisting clearance store manager (loading/re-stocking etc.)
- Assisting main store (restocking/unloading/reloading)
- Keeping warehouse clean & tidy
- Completing related paperwork/system inputs
- Other duties as required
