Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to achieve outstanding performance
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, food production, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages at all times
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with barista experience or bar operations is a plus
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment
