Role Description The role is an on-site position based in Leeds, although we are open to some remote working for the right candidate. The Sales Progressor will manage property sale pipelines from offer to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation, checks, and communications are completed accurately and on time. Focusing primarily on Company Own property sales, typical tasks include liaising with customers, directors, solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams; updating stakeholders on progress; resolving issues that may delay completion; and maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. The role also involves supporting sales colleagues with transaction updates, providing clear information and guidance, and helping improve processes that enhance speed and customer satisfaction.
Experience Required
- Experience in sales progression or residential conveyancing is essential.
- A strong understanding of the residential property sales process.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and keeping chains moving.
