Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Organise ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure storage areas are tidy and organised
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and contamination
- Support the team during service times by preparing ingredients or assisting with basic serving tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of food preparation and basic cooking techniques preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards is desirable
