KEY REQUIREMENTS :
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN 1st & 2nd fix joinery , Stair Installation , Skirts , Window Battons , Doors , Finishing Joinery and Final Fix.
A valid CSCS card
A full UK driving licence and own means of transport
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
KEY DETAILS :
Primarily be based on a large , ongoing site just outside Manchester City Centre
Occasional travel to other locations may be required , depending on project needs

Summary
As a Joiner, you will be instrumental in executing high-quality joinery work, reporting directly to the site supervisor. Your core skills in carpentry, joinery, and proficiency with hand and power tools will be essential . Additionally, your premium skills in fabrication and assembly will enhance project efficiency. Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and assist in roofing and masonry tasks as needed.
- Maintain a valid CSCS card and driving licence for site access and transportation.

Pay: £14.81-£25.34 per hour
