Harrisons Court will offer high-quality residential, respite, and dementia care within a stunning, state-of-the-art 72-bed home featuring modern bedrooms, spacious dining and living areas, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces.

What you will receive as a Registered Home Manager at Harrisons Court;
- £55,000 - £60,000 per year (plus 25 % discretionary bonus)

The key components we are looking for in a successful Registered Home Manager are;
- Experience of commissioning
- Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team
- Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies and professionals
- Competent and experienced in leading a team
- Embedding the highest standards of care
- Sales-focused, achieving occupancy and fee targets
- Engaging with the local community
- A good communicator and leader of people
The experience you will ideally bring as a Registered Home Manager;
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes; evidence of minimum 'Good' CQC ratings in previous roles
- Care home commissioning experience desirable, but not essential
- Level 5 in Care or a Nursing Qualification
- Control and management of budgets and accounts
- Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff
- Understanding of the Health & Social Care Act and Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent interpersonal skills alongside a professional, confident and warm personality
- Willing and able to provide an out-of-hours ‘on-call’ service
