Annual basic salary up to £32000.00 pa (estimated earning up to £45,000.00 with tronc - 48 hours per week.
As a Deputy Manager at The Vineyard, Lamberhurst, you’ll be a confident and capable leader working alongside your General Manager, you’ll enjoy every aspect of running the pub.
Leading by example and at the heart of the action you will supervise, encourage, develop and motivate the team working with you, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time. You’re passionate, with strong communication, financial, managerial and organisational skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. and energetic with the ability to deputise in the General Manger’s absence.
As a crucial member of the team you’ll be an excellent team player with a ‘hands-on’ work ethic, energetic, be fun-loving with a great personality and enjoy the culture that or industry offers.
This role does include evenings and weekends.
