An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager at this busy Ladies Only gym in Bradford.
Ideally suited to someone who has a proven track record in the fitness industry or who oozes confidence, initiative and is driven to succeed and drive the business forward.

- Have exceptional administrative and organisational skills
The job role includes (not limited to):
- Motivating and supervising team members, including personal trainers, promoting personal training and raising revenue
- Engaging with members to ensure needs are met and identifying further business development opportunities
- Reviewing the class timetable ensuring members needs are met within budget
- Sales Management - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
- Using social media and other marketing techniques and channels to promote the gym and develop new and renewed memberships
- Maintaining gym standards ,cleanliness, maintenance and health and safety
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints, emergencies
- Ensuring members have a great visit, every time
- Keeping all HR records up to date and administrative work including rotas and overseeing debt control
- Overseeing all Health and Safety Aspects of the gym
- The day to day overall running of the gym
