Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Dental Nursing Tutor with experience in delivering the NEBDN Diploma, alongside responsibilities for PoE (Portfolio of Evidence) marking and internal quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support the NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing via online teaching.
- Oversee, assess, and mark Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) submissions.
- Perform Internal Moderator duties, ensuring compliance with NEBDN and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor learner progress, reviewing individual learning plans and maintaining excellent pass rates.
- Prepare learners for exams through revision classes and guidance.
- Liaise with external examiners and maintain strong quality assurance practices.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Dentist or Dental Nurse registered with the GDC.
- IQA Certificate (Optional).
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- CAVA Assessor Course (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement).
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching the Diploma in Dental Nursing.
- Experience managing 20+ learners simultaneously in an online or blended environment.
- Proficiency in online learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational and mentoring skills.
