We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Trainee Laminators.
No previous experience is necessary – we are looking for people with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided by experienced team members.

About the Role
Working alongside experienced laminators, you will learn how to manufacture high-quality GRP products safely and to a high standard.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing moulds for production
- Learning hand lay-up laminating techniques
- Using hand tools and equipment safely
- Producing GRP components to quality standards
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
Training & Development
Successful applicants will complete a structured training programme, including:
- Company induction
- Health & Safety training
- COSHH awareness
- Safe use of PPE and respiratory protective equipment (RPE)
- Manual handling training
- Product and process training
- Supervised practical training
- Regular competency assessments
- Ongoing support from experienced supervisors
You will work under supervision until you have demonstrated the competence required to carry out tasks safely and confidently.

Previous manufacturing experience is not required.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:30am – 12:30pm

£13.00 per hour
