Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Bar to oversee all operations within our vibrant bar environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and leading a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Duties
- Lead and supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high standards of service.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase customer engagement and maximise sales.
- Train new staff members in service procedures and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Experience
- Proven managerial experience within a very busy bar
- Experience in team management, leadership roles, and staff development.
- Previous barista or serving experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour
