We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Level 3 Bank Staff member to join our Early Years team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. As a Bank Staff member, you will work flexibly to cover staff absences and support our children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.

Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records in line with EYFS guidelines.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support effective communication and collaboration.

Promote health and safety standards within the setting and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Support children’s social and emotional development, helping to build their confidence and independence.

Work collaboratively with staff to develop and share best practices within the setting.
