Greenfield Engineering is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth operation of our purchasing and supply chain activities.

Working closely with our procurement, planning, and operational teams, you'll help ensure materials, services, and information flow efficiently throughout the business, supporting production and customer delivery performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase orders and supplier documentation
- Supporting supplier communications and order management
- Monitoring delivery schedules and material availability
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and system records
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management activities
- Supporting procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives
- Working closely with suppliers and internal departments
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong organizational and administrative skills
- Is confident communicating with suppliers and colleagues
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Is proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing environments (advantageous but not essential)
