This role provides the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders, supporting the ownership of onboarding processes, compliance, and the delivery of key HR initiatives.
The Role
The HR Business Partner supports business units in delivering HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, staffing and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business leaders in executing HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil hiring requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations cases with guidance from senior HR Business Partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UK employment law, and GDPR requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and learning and development activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
