Contract: 6 months initially, with a very strong possibility of extension

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
Overtime: Available, including weekends and later hours
Aero Valet is expanding our team and we're looking for Aircraft Detailers to join us at Manchester Airport.
This is a hands-on role working on commercial and private aircraft, carrying out high-quality interior and exterior cleaning and detailing. You'll be working in a professional aviation environment where attention to detail, presentation and consistency are extremely important.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deep cleaning and detailing of aircraft interiors
- Exterior aircraft cleaning and detailing
- Working to Aero Valet's high standards and procedures
- Cleaning aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, seating and other interior areas
- Exterior paintwork and specialist cleaning
- Working safely around aircraft and within maintenance hangars
- Working as part of a small, professional team
- Travelling to other UK airports when required

Previous aircraft cleaning, valeting, detailing or similar experience is preferred but is not essential. Extensive training will be provided to the right individuals who demonstrate the attitude, work ethic and attention to detail we're looking for.
A full driving licence is preferred, and a scissor lift licence would be a bonus.

The position is initially offered on a 6-month basis, with a very likely opportunity for extension where both the employee and Aero Valet are happy with the arrangement and performance.
An induction and training day will take place before the October start date, giving successful applicants the opportunity to learn about Aero Valet, our standards, procedures, equipment and expectations before beginning work.
