- General property maintenance and repair work
- Carpentry including doors, skirting, architraves, and basic joinery
- Kitchen installation and refurbishment
- Bathroom fitting and maintenance
- Installation of laminate, vinyl, and other flooring types
- Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
