About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
You’ll be supporting two young males in their early 20s who live together in shared accommodation.
One gentleman has Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, Tourette’s Syndrome, PDA, and additional motor needs. He can display behaviours of concern and benefits from consistent, person-centred support. He enjoys gaming, spending time with family, and caring for animals, which helps him feel calm and relaxed.
The second gentleman has Autism and moderate learning difficulties and is supported by two staff members at home and in the community. He communicates using limited verbal language and enjoys music, dancing, tennis, swimming, and other activities.

As a Support Worker, you'll help both individuals live independently, achieve personal goals, access community activities, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
