Domiciliary Care Worker – Letchworth & Hitchin
Pay: £13.64/hr (enhanced on bank holidays) + mileage
We’re looking for reliable Home Care Assistants to support clients living independently in the community. This role involves traveling between multiple clients’ homes and providing care, companionship, and practical support.
Hours: Flexible, including full days (7:00 am – 11:00 pm with breaks), early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends. Weekend-only shifts and bank hours also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care (toileting, hygiene, feeding)
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Companionship and social engagement
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Enhanced DBS check required
