Saints Reconstruction Ltd. are now recruiting sub-contractors for domestic insurance repairs ranging from Kitchen & Bathroom fitting/refurbishment, plastering, decorating & all other aspects of building. The areas to be covered are Staffordshire and the Midlands Areas.
One-man bands/teams or small building companies can join our approved list of suppliers once verified.
Works will be offered on a price per job basis which will be discussed prior to any works being issued. Volume is dependent on the sub-contractor as to how much capacity you can undertake.
Contractors will be self-employed and must have their own vehicles and tools, materials will be supplied by sub-contractors although this can be negotiated on certain jobs.
Domestic Reverse VAT charge is applicable to those sub-contractors who are VAT registered as we are not the end user.
