About the role
Behind every successful store is a driven, commercially focused leader. We are looking for a confident, sales driven Store Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and leads from the front.

Your day to day responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a high performing, target driven team

Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer

Driving sales and KPIs through visible, hands on leadership and a strong commercial mindset

Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance

Ensuring the store is always presented to the highest standard

Taking ownership of results, celebrating success and responding quickly to challenges

Creating a positive, motivated culture where your team can perform at their best
