What you’ll be trained to do
Over time (with support), you’ll learn how to:
Run a high-volume NYC-style pizza kitchen
Lead and motivate a team during busy services
Understand KPIs, standards and performance targets
Solve problems quickly when things get hectic
Maintain excellent food safety and operational standards
This is a genuine development role - not a dead-end title.
The role
- Training across dough, prep, toppings, ovens and service flow
- Gradually leading sections and shifts as you progress
- Supporting senior managers with daily operations
- Learning stock control, food safety and team management
- Becoming a key part of the kitchen leadership team

Pay is dependent on experience and reviewed as training milestones are achieved.
This role is ideal if you:

Experience in pizza or high-volume hospitality is a bonus, not essential.

Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
