Eco Installations Scotland is a well-established, family run, trusted home improvements business specialising in premium windows & doors. We’re seeking a proven leader to take charge of our one of our branch offices — driving our sales team, growing our business, and maintaining our reputation across Scotland.
Role Overview
You’ll run our established sales branch, leading from the front. You’ll recruit, train and motivate your team, allocate leads strategically, nurture customer projects, and deliver — and exceed — realistic sales targets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who balances commercial drive with a supportive, positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all branch operations — lead, develop and grow the sales team
- Recruit, train & motivate, fostering a positive, high-performing, harmonious environment
- Allocate leads fairly & strategically to maximise team performance
- Monitor team progress, set targets, and drive the branch to overachieve sales goals
- Oversee sold business & project progression
- Ensure customers are looked after smoothly from sale through to installation
- Maintain strong team morale, clear communication and high professional standards
- Oversee operations across the Scottish territory
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales management — home improvements / windows & doors background is essential
- Strong track record in recruitment, training & team leadership
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own smartphone for business communications
- Natural leader — motivating, organised, and able to get the best from people
- Commercial mindset — focused on hitting and stretching targets
- Eligible to work in the UK
