ROLE: Electrical Supervisor

LOCATION: Pembury, Tunbridge Wells

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor who will lead day-to-day electrical maintenance operations within a critical hospital environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship.
Lead and support a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring adherence to electrical standards and safety procedures.
Manage faults, breakdowns, testing, and inspections, particularly across critical hospital systems such as ICU and emergency power.
Act as Authorised Person (AP) for LV/HV systems, overseeing safe isolations, switching operations, and permit control.
Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with Permit to Work and LOTO procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
Experience operating LV/HV systems with at least 5 years in electrical maintenance.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (AP certification or willingness to train preferred).
