Properly works with experienced estate agents who want to run their own business within a professional and well supported environment.
This role is designed for agents who already know how to win instructions, manage clients, and progress transactions confidently. It is not an entry level role and is not suited to applicants without estate agency experience.
Some agents join us from employed roles.
Others are already self employed and reassessing whether their current setup still works for them.
This is not a volume recruitment model. We work with a small number of agents who value professionalism, autonomy, and long term client relationships.
The opportunity
As a self employed estate agent with Properly, you operate under an established brand while running your own business independently.
You retain control over your clients, diary, and working style, while benefiting from structure and support where needed.
There is no fixed model
We agree the setup together based on your experience, how you like to work, and the level of support you want around you.
What this role suits
This opportunity is suited to experienced estate agents who:
- Have a background in residential sales, lettings, property management, or new homes
- Are comfortable managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Want greater flexibility and autonomy
- Value professional standards and long term relationships
- Are exploring self employment or reconsidering their current self employed structure
This role is not suited to newly qualified estate agents or applicants seeking a salaried employed position with guaranteed income
