EXPERIENCED WAITER / WAITRESS / BARTENDER
The Two Sawyers in Pett, is a family run Pub on the outskirts of Hastings serving excellent beer and food.
We are currently seeking an energetic experienced Waiter or Waitress & Bartender to join our busy, popular pub.
Responsibilities:
Run the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner service providing all customers with a personal and friendly service.
Greet customers, provide recommendations, take orders and serve food and drink in a timely manner.
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and other members of the front of house team to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and cleaning procedures.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including, beer, wine and spirits.
Ensure that the bar is clean and well-stocked at all times.
Support the team with cellar management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy restaurant or pub.
Availability to work flexible hours Including evenings and weekends.
Minimum of 25 hours per week, with increased hours in busy periods and summer months.
Rate of pay 21 and over- £12.71. 18-20 £10.85. under 18 £8. Plus weekly tips.
Have a driving license or live close by.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Provide two references.
