What the Role Actually Involves
This is not an aggressive telesales role. You will be the backbone of our customer service and order processing team. Your day-to-day will focus on:
- Inbound Enquiries: Handling incoming customer emails and phone calls (no cold calling).
- Quoting: Preparing and issuing accurate price quotes to clients.
- Order Management: Creating purchase orders for stock and coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Administration: Accurately checking and referencing incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
- Hands-on Support: Occasionally in the warehouse , which may involve some manual handling of metal tubes, bars, and sheets
Who we are looking for
- We do not require previous sales experience—we will teach you everything you need to know about our products and bespoke stock control systems. Instead, we are looking for:
- Attention to Detail: You will be dealing with specific measurements, materials, and technical specs. Accuracy is everything.
- Great Communicators: A friendly, professional manner over the phone and via email.
- Team Players: Reliable individuals who are willing to muck in and help the team when it gets busy.
- An enthusiasm for motorsport or engineering is a massive bonus, but not essential!
