The role
Looking for an entry point into a high growth career in client relationships? We're seeking a motivated, personable Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team. You'll work under the direct guidance of our Client Relationship Manager, receiving consistent mentorship from senior leads, learning to manage accounts for global brands and master professional negotiation.
What you'll be doing
Proactively reaching out to new leads and converting enquiries into clients
Collaborating with the senior team to analyse client budgets and build bespoke event packages
Getting involved in negotiation, balancing client requirements with business profitability
Preparing and presenting compelling proposals to corporate decision makers
Working with Marketing and Events to refine pitch materials based on client feedback
Maintaining accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activity
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a sales or client relationship role
Fluent, confident communicator, both written and verbal
Based within 5 miles of Canary Wharf
Self starter who is comfortable working predominantly from home
Team player looking to build a career in client relationships, account management or sales
