Job Description
We are looking for a Furnaceman/Fettler to join our creative and friendly team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operating a diesel tilter and gas pit furnace
· Cleaning of ceramic shell from bronze casting
· Using Sandblaster
· Operating the overhead crane with assistance from the existing team (training will be given)
· General labouring duties within the foundry
This is a position would suit a person with previous experience working with a furnace, but full training will be given.
As furnaceman/fettler, you will be expected to carry out day to day tasks within the foundry. We are looking for a positive, hardworking and energetic person able to work unassisted and as a part of a larger team.
