Production Operative -

Shift One
- Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm & Wednesday 14.30pm - 10:00pm
- 4 days
- 23 days holiday Including Bank Holiday
Shift Two
- Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday - Saturday 06:00 -18:00
- 4 days
- 23 days holiday including Bank Holiday
Part Time available:
Two weekly rota:
Week 1
- Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday 06:00 - 18:00
Week 2
- Friday 06:00 - 18:00 & Saturday 06:00 - 18:00

What you get!
- Salary scale: £12.71 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%
- Hourly rate rises to £12.91 per hour after 12 months.

What you will do:
Full training will be given. We also have translators on site to help.
In this job, you will help make and pack flowers.
You may need to:
- Put flowers, leaves, or decorations onto the production line.
- Make bouquets.
- Prepare flowers in glass jars or pots.
- Wrap bouquets.
- Put bouquets into boxes or buckets.
- Check that the bouquets are made correctly.
- Tell the Line Leader if something is wrong.
- Handle flowers carefully so they do not get damaged.
- Put the correct labels on flowers, plants, and packaging.
- Keep your work area clean and tidy.
- Follow customer instructions when packing flowers.
- Work safely and keep up with the production line.
Important information:
- We do not have a Sponsor Licence, so we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
- You must have your own transport because of where we are located.
