This is the role where you will be have the independence as a Continuous Improvement Trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally businesses in the world. As a Continuous Improvement Trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands-on Continuous Improvement Training
· Individualised coaching to learners
· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance
· Guide learners to successful completion of their Continuous Improvement qualifications
· Understanding of Project Management
· Establish and maintain a leading training programme
Key Requirements:
· Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
· Black Belt Qualification
· Knowledge of Project Management
· Experience working in a continuous improvement environment
· Good organisational skills
· Ability to travel
