We're now looking for dependable Cleaning Operatives to join the team in Chelmsford, Braintree, Colchester and surrounding areas.
Essential Requirement — Please Read Before Applying
This role involves travelling between cleaning sites during evening hours, often outside of regular public transport times. Because of this, a full UK driving licence and regular access to your own vehicle are essential, non-negotiable requirements for this position.

The Role
As a Cleaning Operative, you'll ensure sites are kept clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard, using the appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals provided on-site, while adhering to Health & Safety requirements. Full training is provided — previous cleaning experience is not necessary, though it's a bonus.
You'll build positive, professional relationships with customers, deliver excellent service, and look for ways to improve and exceed expectations. The work requires good attention to detail and a reasonable level of physical fitness, as you'll be cleaning to a high standard within a set time slot.

Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential — see above)
- Speaks, reads and writes English well

- Willing to undergo a DBS (police) check — cost covered by CPL
