About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position combining operational leadership with practical cleaning duties.
You'll coordinate the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring work is completed efficiently, quality standards remain consistently high and our client continues to receive the exceptional service they've come to expect.
Working alongside the team, you'll lead by example, organise workloads, complete quality inspections, maintain site documentation and act as the key operational point of contact.
This role would suit someone who naturally takes ownership, notices the finer details and enjoys bringing structure and consistency to every working day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, organise and support the day-to-day operation of the site.
- Maintain exceptionally high cleaning standards.
- Carry out regular quality inspections and spot checks.
- Support, motivate and lead an experienced team.
- Plan daily workloads and monitor productivity.
- Maintain site documentation and records.
- Monitor stock levels and equipment.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with Head Office.
- Undertake hands-on cleaning duties as part of the team.
- Promote continuous improvement across the site.
