The Team
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Associate of Delivery to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have approximately three years of experience in training coordination, vendor management and course delivery. This role is critical to the successful execution of our training programmes and requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
How you will contribute
L&D Operations:
Maintain the Training Calendar, including start dates and all training dates
Maintain data to aid in budget management for programmes
Review and manage EMEA learning requests and inquiries via the learning mailbox
Assist in managing the project plan to support the execution and delivery of training programmes to A&M learners
Vendor Management:
Working directly with the venue to ensure a smooth execution of the conference, including classroom needs, food and beverage orders, audio visual needs and event orders.
Assist in selecting venues and managing logistics
Course Delivery:
Assist in managing course-related communications and enrolment/registration, ensuring review and approval from Learning Partners and Portfolio as required
Preparation of registration information and site
Print and prepare all training materials, including name tags, table tents and sign-in sheets
Attend training sessions alongside a Portfolio representative
Coordination of onsite logistics and team
Monitoring course registration
Planning non-learning events such as evening events, off-site events, dinners, etc.
Coordination of training facilities, instructors and participant logistics.
Manage post-event activities, including develop course evaluations in coordination with the Portfolio team, send evaluations, gathering feedback, analysing evaluation metrics and suggesting improvements for future events
Participant Tracking, Communication & Recordkeeping:
Maintain participant and instructor trackers, leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS) and other data sources to track headcount
Document course completion in the LMS and maintain course completion records and certifications
Gather materials for processing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits and submit them to the Compliance team
Qualifications
Approximately three years of experience in training or event coordination, or a related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel and other data management tools
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Travel will be required to support training events
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
