Role summary
You will support the Production Manager to deliver an effective and efficient operation against daily and weekly targets and plans, ensuring quality and health & safety standards are achieved and maintained.
Responsibilities
· Ensure production quality and paperwork meet company standards and supervisor instructions.
· Support efficient day-to-day production operations and ensure production plans are followed.
· Liaise with the Production Supervisor to meet customer order deadlines and complete daily tasks.
· Maintain accurate production records and complete required daily/weekly checks.
· Promote cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
· Support a positive, proactive team culture and assist other departments when required.
What You’ll Need:

- Nice to have: Experience in production or manufacturing
