The Opportunity
- Role: Electrical Installation Engineering Teacher / Instructor
- Qualifications: Degree / PG Degree / Subject in Electrical Installation Engineering and familiar with UK curriculum.
- Employment Type: Part-Time (Initially), with a clear and structured pathway to become a Full-Time employee.
- Salary: £39,000 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent) – Part-time salary will be calculated pro-rata.
- Location: London W10 (and/or) Morden SM4

- The Academic Expert: You have a solid educational background in Electrical Engineering.
- The Natural Communicator: You are charismatic, engaging, and enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with others.
- The Aspiring Educator: No formal teaching experience is required! We are looking for someone eager to translate their academic skills and technical expertise into practical, impactful teaching.
- The Local Candidate: We prefer someone based locally or within a commutable distance.

The successful candidate must have:
- A full teaching qualification or currently working towards one
- At least a Level 3 qualification within Electrical Installation
- Relevant industry experience or qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students
It is also highly desirable that you hold the Certificate Teaching or Cert in Assessing Vocational Achievement and also desirable for you to also hold a Certificate/Award in CAVA / Similar.
