Cleaning Supervisor (4 hours per day - 20 hours per week )

- Pay: Hourly rate of £13.75 per hour + holiday pay + uniform provided
- Hours: 2:30pm – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
- Contract: Permanent, 43weeks per year, Part-Time.
- Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team.
Duties Include:
- Supervising and motivating cleaning staff.
- Cleaning classrooms, offices, communal areas, and toilets.
- Checking work standards and providing feedback to staff as necessary, monitoring corrective action.
- Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to management.
- Be responsible for completing monthly store orders.
- Be responsible for completing timesheets every 2 weeks.

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Enhanced DBS check required – This will be carried out by us.
