Lesley Cree Opticians are a family-run independent Opticians in Radcliffe on Trent, Ruddington and Keyworth. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care, professional expertise and a personal service that puts our patients first. We are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician or an experienced Optical Assistant to fit into our friendly team. Previous optical experience is essential.
Role: Optical: Dispensing Optician or Experienced Optical Assistant
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 4-5 days Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm) including Saturday morning (9am-12:30pm)
Location: Practices at Radcliffe, Keyworth and Ruddington
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses
- Providing professional dispensing advice and recommendations
- Delivering excellent customer service and patient care
- Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
- Good administrative and communication skills
About you:
- Qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work across Radcliffe-on-Trent, Keyworth and Ruddington
